BRISKET - $19.99/LB
Our brisket is slow smoked for 12-14 hours and it is worth every second. This cut of meat comes from the breast of the cow. Our pitmasters hand trim the brisket before adding our custom in house spice blend, which is curated to enhance the flavor of the meat. The brisket needs constant supervision the entire 12-14 hours that it smokes in the smoker. You can choose a cut from the point (a fattier cut) or the flat (a leaner cut) depending on preference. Once thing's for sure - every cut has a beautiful bark, smoke ring, and flavor. Pro tip: Ask our slicer to add beef tallow to your brisket slices. This tallow is rendered down fat from the brisket trimmings and it is to die for.
TRI-TIP - $19.99/LB
Tri-tip is a triangular cut of beef that comes from the bottom sirloin of the cow. The flavor of this meat is enhanced by our spice blend that is created in house. We smoke our tri-tip for 2 hours before reverse searing it in beef tallow on the stovetop. We create this beef tallow from our brisket trimmings. We let the tri-tip rest in the these juices for at least 20 minutes before serving to give it a nice juicy, smoky flavor.
TURKEY - $19.99/LB
Believe it or not, turkey CAN be juicy and delicious. In fact, this is one of our fan favorites. We use our in house blend of spices before slow smoking the turkey for 4.5 hours. Part way through the process, our pit masters give it a butter bath to help retain the moisture and add flavor. Turkey is a great option for everyone, but especially for those who aren't fans of red meat.
PULLED PORK - $13.99/LB
After our pulled pork is trimmed, we inject the pork with our sweet barbecue sauce. We smoke it until a strong bark forms, add Dr. Pepper to the pan, and then continue smoking the pork until it reaches the correct temperature. This entire process takes 6-8 hours. Our pulled pork is amazing by itself or on our sandwiches.
SAVORY RIBS - $23.99/RACK (2 LBS)
We use a St. Louis style cut of rib for our savory ribs. After being trimmed and squared up, these are seasoned with our in house spice mix. Our savory ribs are smoked for a total of 5 hours. Part way through the smoking process, the ribs are tacked with our tangy barbecue sauce before being wrapped and returned to the smoker.
SWEET RIBS - $23.99/RACK (2 LBS)
We use a St. Louis style cut of rib for our sweet ribs. After being trimmed, these are covered with rib binder, seasoned heavily with our in house spice mixture, and then smoked for a total of 5 hours. Part way through the smoking process, they are wrapped in a mixture of butter, brown sugar, honey, and apple juice. Once these ribs are done smoking, they are tacked with our sweet barbecue sauce.

Our mac and cheese is made fresh on the spot for you. We make our cheese sauce from scratch daily with three different types of real cheese and our own custom spice blend. This cheese sauce is added to the noodles as you order them so ensure the freshest, tastiest experience.
COLESLAW - $10.99/QT
A mixture of cabbage and carrots tossed in our made in house mayo-based dressing is great as a stand alone side, or as a palate cleanser.

Barbecue baked beans with a hint of jalapeno - the perfect side to any barbecue dish.

Baked fresh daily with only the best ingredients. Our cornbread has a golden-brown edges and a moist center. Each slice is served with honey butter for extra flavor and moisture.

Our take on Mexican street corn, which we personally think is amazing. The corn is mixed with cotija cheese, lime, mayo, and lime for a creamy, flavorful dish.
